OK, OK, OK, so here’s a superb offering. It’s time to get busy :-)! Introducing Holistic Core Restore® Athlete 12. 12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately, 12 weeks of getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER and being able to go for LONGER.
After the excess of Christmas we all want to really get our bodies and minds in shape.
Excitingly, you can access this programme ONLINE with Michelle, she will work wth you and lead your nutrition path with additional workout challenges. Jenny, who is the creator of Athlete 12 will be delivering you a weekly mail to your inbox with a fresh new workout each week which increases in intensity over the 12 week period! You truly will enter ‘athlete mode’ with this programme and have a lot of fun getting probably the fittest you’ve ever been.
So, how does it work?
You will complete a full health screen to make sure you are suitable for this programme.
This programme runs for 12 weeks and you will meet with Michelle virtually once a week (via Facebook or whats app) and complete your additional ‘weekly delivered’ online home workout, which is approximately 20-30 minutes in duration and progressed weekly. You will be guided through these additional workouts by programme creator Jenny Burrell, so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!
The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.
Filmed Workout/Tips/Nutrition Via FB Group every week.
Q&A Facebook live Session every week to answer all of your questions to help you get the most out of this programme

Week 1: Prep Week/Goals/Shopping/Measurements/Photos/Fitness Test
Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 = Phase 1 – Static-ish
Weeks 5, 6, 7 and 8 = Phase 2 – Dynamic
Weeks 9, 10 and 11 = Phase 3 – Badass!
Week 12: Summary Week, Revaluation and Fitness Test
This really will test your boundaries. It is conducted via email and a secret Facebook page so you will join a community of like minded women to encourage and support each other.
