Tell me a bit more about HCR VA Work..


My background is in Corporate Investment banking where I worked as an Executive PA for 25 years. My typing speed is 70-80wpm and I am proficient in word/excel/powerpoint as well as having up to date knowledge in social media.

VA Cost £30 per hour

These are the services I offer:

  • Social Media - Facebook and Instagram updates, including scheduled posts to appear throughout the month, memes, class updates and marketing, promotion, finding new business, sharing in local groups

  • Class set ups - booklet printing, ordering kit, sending out wufoo forms and new joiner instructions

  • Wufoo - creating and amending forms

  • Malichimp - creating newsletters and sending on your behalf and maintaining up to date client email records

  • Canva - producing images to help with your marketing

  • Meetings - managing diaries, organising meetings, finding local WHP and health visitors to collaborate with

  • Seeking venues you can do public speaks/talks at

  • Acuity scheduling - helping to amend of set up new systems

  • Sum ups - ordering any payment machines if you don't use one

  • Venue searches for classes

  • Website updates (this will be limited - I am advanced on six and ok on Wordpress but if you need in depth website work you will be better seeking a website specialist

  • SEO basics (not advanced) - registering you on net mums, Next Door,, 191 etc.

  • Arranging and ensure your google reviews are in place, creating you a link to use and ensuring clients have automated emails after their appointment with your review link

  • Produce powerpoint presentations

  • Retreat set ups - help with budgets, content, venue (I have run many of these very successfully with very good profit)

You may either leave your time to me for promotion to generate more income or you can give me a list of what you would like done in your booked time.  This is what you do:

Book your hours out on this link (I would suggest a minimum of 3-5 hours block per month but it is entirely your choice)

You will receive an automated email with a form to complete which will give me your business email, socials etc passwords so that when I work I can work in your accounts.  The first 10 minutes of your time will be a telephone call to discuss what work I will be doing, so bear in mind when you book your time to keep the first 10 minutes available to speak with me on the phone.

At the moment I am only taking bookings for September and October. If  it proves successful (I will ask for feedback) I will continue and there will be an option to book  a retainer of 5 hours per month and get 1 hour free or of course you can still book ad hoc time as and when you wish.
