Holistic Core Restore® BUMP course
Are you looking for an Ante Natal Fitness and Wellness programme with an Advanced Pregnancy Wellness practitioner?
This 6 week course is integrated, functional movement is a 1-1 offering designed to keep the mum-to-be strong and pain free throughout her Pregnancy and get her ready for her big day. This programme includes modern strategies for Core and Pelvic Floor strength alongside relaxation and ‘down-training’ strategies ready for birth preparation. The perfect combination of work, rest, community and restorative activity guaranteed to hit the spot for the modern mum to be. This is a safe, effective and modern programme that the pregnant mum will reap huge benefit from. Second stage of labour can become significantly more efficient with the correct education and pelvic floor training.
The course is suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy and is spread over 6 weeks with 1 class per week. The cost includes your full exercise kit, nutritional and education booklet and continued email support over and beyond the 6 weeks

A great birth preparation package. It will improve Pelvic Floor strength, overall fitness and wellbeing and also prepare you with amazing birth meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques.
