Tough Mumma is exclusively for women wanting to enhance their fitness levels. Come along and push yourself to your limit and see your fitness levels rocket. Have some "ME" time, leave the kids at home and join the Rochester Tough Mumma's .......
Kick Start your fitness.....
During this 6 week course you will find yourself Jogging, Boxing, Circuit Training, Using Kettlebells, improving your Agility skills, Interval training and lots more.
The Tough Mummas will be out come Rain, Shine or Snow, showing nothing but determination and pure grit. YOU CAN DO THIS.
Space on each 6 week course will be limited to 30 so book early to avoid disappointment.
Who can join?
Tough Mumma is NOT just for mums it is a class were designed to suit everyone. All fitness levels are welcome. It is ideally suited to mum with children of all ages although for the newer mums it is adviseable to be minimum of 5 months post natal, however, everyone will be screened on an individual basis so it may be possible to start before then. When you secure your place via paypal you will be sent a PAR-Q medical screening form to assess your suitability.
So bring your friends and do this together! Lots of Laughs, Lots of Hard Work and GREAT RESULTS

All outdoor classes are socially distanced with minimal equipment, most classes are no equipment. Please bring your own hand sanitiser to class. Should for any reason classes have to be cancelled due to further Government restrictions or a change in the current road map, they will be held until a later date.
Current guidelines allow outdoor exercise in groups of no more than 30 people socially distanced.
